For C24, we developed a cutting-edge AI-powered virtual assistant tailored specifically to handle customer order inquiries seamlessly. This assistant is designed to enhance customer engagement by providing real-time, accurate order information while being embedded directly into the website. Positioned conveniently in the lower-right corner, the assistant offers a frictionless experience for users to track their orders without the need to navigate multiple pages or initiate lengthy conversations with customer support.
Our team utilized a robust combination of PHP and MySQL to manage the backend architecture. The system retrieves customer data directly from a secure database, cross-referencing essential order details such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers. By integrating a powerful natural language processing engine, the assistant interprets and responds to customer inquiries based on predefined datasets related to their orders. This ensures customers receive timely and relevant information regarding their shipments, whether it’s order status, delivery tracking, or product details. With a built-in verification process, the assistant asks for two out of three identifying details before accessing any sensitive information, ensuring a secure and reliable user interaction.
The AI assistant is built to intelligently handle multiple customer scenarios, including cases where multiple orders exist. It prompts users to specify which order they wish to inquire about, offering flexibility while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction. If no order number is provided, it defaults to the most recent one, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user journey. Additionally, the assistant adapts by verifying the user’s identity and skipping unnecessary questions when information is provided upfront, further improving interaction efficiency.
